Leader, Motivational Speaker, Presentation Master, Trainer, Coach and "just dad" are the words best used to describe Anthony Winford Alleyne. With over 20+ years in education inclusive of leadership, 15 years as a Public Speaker and Speech Coach and 25 years working with technology, Anthony has amassed a wide range of skills that are put to use daily in personal and professional life. Anthony has a passion for inspiring and empowering others to overcome their challenges, pursue their dreams, and create the meaningful, fulfilling lives they desire through the power of effective communication and teamwork. 

 

He has impacted countless lives as a Teacher, Trainer, Software Developer, School Principal, Keynote Speaker and Coach all while raising a beautiful family with his wife and five children. Through his professional projects he has helped many to develop their potential and to live up to his beliefs that "there is a leader in all of us" and "we all have a story to share"​

 

Anthony is currently the Principal of the Lester Vaughan School in Barbados, and is a former IT Coordinator, Credit Union Vice President, Trade Union Deputy General Secretary, AYPA President, Charity Board Chairman and Toastmaster President. He is also a five time national speaking champion, three time regional speaking champion and World Champion of Public Speaking Semi-Finalist.
